This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by VR Contractors ("we", "our" or "us") when you use this website ("Website"), when you request an estimate or schedule work for our roofing contractor, general contractor, remodeler, window installation service and painter services, and when you otherwise contact us by form, phone, text or email. It also describes the choices you have about the information we hold. Please read it carefully before you use the Website.
This Website is owned and operated by VR Contractors, a licensed general contractor serving Denver, Aurora, Boulder, Fort Collins, Loveland, Colorado Springs and Lakewood, CO. By using the Website you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. We may update it from time to time; if we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it whenever you use the Website so you stay informed about our information practices.
Information You Provide to Us
We collect the information you give us directly. That is the information you enter into the contact or estimate form on this Website — your name, email address, phone number, and the description of the work you need — along with anything else you choose to tell us when you call, text or email us, or when we visit your property to prepare a quote.
We do not take payment through this Website. There is no online checkout, and we do not collect or store card or bank details through the Website.
Information We Collect Automatically
Log files. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server request logs when you load a page, including your IP address, browser type, access times, and the page you came from. These logs are part of delivering and securing the Website.
Cookies and tracking technologies. This website does not load analytics, advertising, or social media tracking scripts, and we do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other websites. There is no analytics tool, no advertising pixel and no tag manager on this Website.
Google Fonts and the Google Maps embed. Every page of this Website loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), and our service area sections embed a Google map of our location (maps.google.com). Both send your IP address and browser user agent to Google when the page loads, and the map embed may set Google cookies in your browser. Neither is under our control, and both are governed by Google's own privacy policy.
Our social profiles. The Facebook and Instagram icons in our footer are ordinary outbound links to our own profiles. No Facebook or Instagram script, pixel or embedded widget runs on this Website, and nothing is sent to either company unless you click through to them.
How We Store Your Information
When you submit the form on this Website, the submission is delivered to our own inbox by Resend, our transactional email provider. The Website itself is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Contact details and the text messages we send are managed in GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management and SMS platform. Each of these providers processes the information only to perform that service for us.
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as they are relevant to the work you asked us about, to our warranty and record-keeping obligations, and to applicable tax and legal requirements.
Use of Information
We use information about you to:
- Respond to your enquiry, prepare estimates and quotes, and schedule and carry out the work you request;
- Confirm appointments, send scheduling and dispatch updates, and follow up on an estimate — by phone, email or, where you have opted in, by text message;
- Provide warranty support and answer questions about work we have completed;
- Keep records required for licensing, insurance, tax and other legal obligations;
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Website, and detect and prevent fraud or misuse; and
- Notify you about material changes to this Privacy Policy.
We do not use your information to send marketing text messages. Our text message programme is limited to the service-related messages described below.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not disclose it for anyone else's marketing. We disclose it only in the following limited circumstances:
- To the service providers who operate parts of our business on our behalf and only as needed to do so — Resend for delivering form submissions to us, Cloudflare for hosting and delivering the Website, and GoHighLevel for managing customer records and sending our text messages;
- To subcontractors and tradespeople performing support services for your job, such as scheduling, dispatch and customer service, and only with the details needed to complete the work;
- In response to a request for information where we believe disclosure is permitted by, in accordance with, or required by applicable law, regulation or legal process, such as a subpoena or court order;
- Where necessary to enforce our rights under this Privacy Policy or any agreement with you, or to protect the rights, property and safety of VR Contractors, our customers or others;
- In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company; and
- With your consent or at your direction.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may also publish aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
SMS / Text Messaging
VR Contractors collects mobile phone numbers when you submit a form on this website, call us, or contact us directly. If you provide your number and check the SMS consent box on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from us about your service request, including appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling and dispatch updates, quote and estimate follow-ups, and replies to your inquiry.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@vrcontractorsllc.com or 720-730-9510.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
